Our 16 oz Declan Single Wall Glass Mugs may not hold up to heat as well as we'd hope, increasing the potential for risk.
So let's make it right.

What's Happening

A number of our 16oz Declan Single Wall Glass Mugs (JG10242) have broken at the base when exposed to hot liquids, causing burns and lacerations. To date, we’ve received 103 reports of such incidents out of the 580,000 mugs sold. Your safety is our top priority, and we’re taking immediate action by issuing a voluntary recall of this product.

What You Need to Do

Fill out the form below to start the recall process and return your mugs. Your order number (if available) will help streamline the process, but it's not a deal breaker if you can’t find it. You may also snap and email us a photo if you still have your box. 

How to Return Your Mugs 

You have a couple of easy options for returning your mugs: use a shipping box lying around (maybe that old Amazon box?) or request one from us! Either way, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund and an extra $3 if you use your own packaging.
