Limited Warranty Statement
MM Products Inc DBA JoyJolt ("JoyJolt") warrants to the original end-user purchaser or original gift recipient if Product is given as a gift ("Purchaser") that its products ("Products") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the duration specified on the Product or its packaging ("Warranty Period").
This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country where the Product was purchased, provided that JoyJolt has intended the Product for sale in that country, and when purchased directly from JoyJolt or a JoyJolt authorized reseller. This Limited Warranty is extended only to the Purchaser, or if the Product is given as a gift, to the original recipient of the gift.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Registration:
The Purchaser can choose to register for a Limited Lifetime Warranty which extends the Warranty Period to the entire duration of time that the Purchaser owns the product.
To activate this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the Purchaser must register the Product on JoyJoltâs official website (https://joyjolt.com/) under the Limited Lifetime Warranty Registration section (https://joyjolt.com/pages/warranty-registration) within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Failure to register the Product within this timeframe may result in the Purchaser forfeiting the rights to service under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Claims Process:
Should the Product exhibit a defect in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, the Purchaser must contact JoyJoltâs customer service to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase must be presented at the time of the claim, and in the case of a Limited Lifetime Warranty claim, compliance with the registration requirements must also be presented.
Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure caused by abuse, misuse, improper or inadequately performed maintenance, alteration, modification, or use with non-compatible products. The Limited Warranty also does not apply to normal wear and tear or to damage incurred during shipping or transport.
Remedies:
If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, JoyJolt, at its discretion, will either (1) repair the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product.
Shipping Costs:
The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the Product to JoyJolt for service under this Limited Warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
The warranties set forth in this Limited Warranty Statement are Limited Warranties and are the only warranties made by JoyJolt. JoyJolt expressly disclaims, and Purchase hereby expressly waives, all other warranties or representations, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, and any other implied warranty arising from course of dealing or course of performance. JoyJolt makes no warranty that the Product will comply with the laws of any jurisdiction outside of the country where the Product was originally purchased.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM, PURCHASERâS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE, AT JOYJOLTâS OPTION, PRODUCTS REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, JOYJOLT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE PRODUCT, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF JOYJOLT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law:
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state or country in which the Product was purchased without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply if the Product was purchased in such a state.
