Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States)
- Standard Shipping: For orders within the United States, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Orders below $49 are charged a standard shipping price of $6.95 USD. This option typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that this timeframe may vary based on your location and is subject to change during peak holiday seasons.
- Expedited Shipping (Additional Fee): If you need your order faster, we also provide expedited 2-day shipping at an additional cost of $12.95 USD. Choose this option at checkout, and your order will be delivered within 2 business days. Please remember that the 2-day period excludes weekends and holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $30 will be applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping to these destinations usually takes between 4-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your specific location.
Route Package Protection (Optional)
At JoyJolt, we care about the safe delivery of your order. That's why we offer Route Package Protection, available for an additional fee. This protection ensures that your order is covered in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. You have the option to opt in for Route Package Protection during the checkout process. If you choose to add this protection, you can have peace of mind knowing that your order is safeguarded.
Order Information & Concerns
- When Will My Order Ship? After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 am EST will typically be shipped on the next business day. If you place an order after 11 am EST on a Friday, it will likely be shipped on the following Monday.
- I Need to Change Something on My Order. How Can I Do That? If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cs@joyjolt.com. Once our warehouse processes your order, we are unable to make any changes.
- Why Was My Order Canceled? If your order was unexpectedly canceled, it might have been flagged by our fraud filter as potentially fraudulent. If you believe this is not the case, we recommend placing a new order using a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up at www.paypal.com.
Holiday Shipping Notice
To ensure you receive your orders in time for the holiday season, please note the following:
Order Early for Christmas Delivery!
We want to make sure your JoyJolt gifts arrive in time for the holidays. To ensure delivery by Christmas, please keep these dates in mind:
For Orders Within the United States:
- For standard shipping, please place your order by December 15th.
- If you choose expedited shipping (like 2-day or overnight), you have a bit more time. Orders should be placed by December 20th to 22nd.
For International Orders:
- Shipping times for international orders can vary, so please check the estimated delivery times during checkout.
- To play it safe, we recommend placing your international orders well in advance, preferably by early December or even late November.
Remember, these dates are just guidelines. It's always a good idea to order early to avoid any holiday shipping rush.
