Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- .75 oz Ginger Honey syrup
- .25 oz Islay Single Malt Scotch float
- Candied ginger garnish
- Cosmos Whiskey Glasses
Directions:
Shake with ice and strain in a DOF Glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with candied ginger.
