Star Wars™ The Mandalorian™ Awake Double Wall Mugs

Love my new Grogu double wall mug. This Grogu is adorable. They are not always cute so this one is a good one. Three versions of him depending on how much you’ve had from your glass. Clever and cute. Should stand the test of time if I hand wash it and don’t let the bottom soak where the air hole usually is in double wall glasses.

These glass mugs were given as a Christmas gift. At first glance they look cute, but little did we know they were actually very dangerous pieces of crap!! Buyer beware, these are very cheap quality and the glass has NOT been tempered. Our first one cracked and broke on the inside layer of glass, and my wife just thought it was a fluke and perhaps it was her fault, but it just happened to me on the last one of the set after having just poured hot coffee into my mug that had a little left from a prior cup that was room temp. When adding the new coffee to the old and stirring, I noticed a popping noise followed by a large bubble rising to the top. Not thinking too much into it, I took my first drink and noticed coffee had gotten in between the two layers of the glass. Upon further inspection, the interior glass had blown out into the center of the two layers caused by the slight variation of mixing my room temp coffee, with the fresh hot coffee. A true sign of in tempered glass. So, unless you want to waste your money on an item that looks cute, but does NOT function like a safe mug for hot beverages, do not purchase this item!!

Was the perfect gift for the person that has everything Star Wars. The glasses are of high quality and I really like they came in a set of two. They are made of thick glass which will definitely will hold the temp of whatever you have in in - hot or cold.
