Blackberry Gin Sparklers

Ingredients:
- Serves: 2
- 6-8 fresh blackberries
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2oz gin
- champagne
- Black Swan Champagne Glasses
Directions:
First, muddle together the blackberries and sugar until thoroughly crushed up. Mix in the gin. Strain mixture, if desired, and divide between two glasses. Top off with champagne and garnish with extra blackberries. Enjoy!
